About these terms

These terms govern use of the North Star Consulting website, North Star Agency OS, inquiries, booking tools, connected services, and optional text messaging. Please review these terms before using our services.

North Star Agency OS

North Star Agency OS is a private business operations platform for North Star Consulting and authorized team members. Users must protect their login information, access only information they are authorized to use, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, data, or the service.

Connected Google services

Agency OS users may choose to connect a Google account to enable calendar availability, appointment scheduling, and event synchronization. By connecting an account, the user authorizes Agency OS to access and process only the Google account and Calendar data covered by the permissions shown during Google’s consent process. Connection is optional and can be revoked through Google Account settings. Google services remain subject to Google’s terms and availability.

Inquiries, appointments, and services

Submitting a form or booking a discovery call does not create a client relationship, reserve paid services, or require a purchase. Marketing services may include advertising, websites, creative production, and follow-up support. The scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, approvals, timelines, cancellation, and refund arrangements for an engagement are established in a separate written agreement. That agreement controls if it conflicts with these general terms about the engagement.

Your information and responsibilities

Provide accurate contact and business information and only submit information or materials you are authorized to share. Do not use this website for unlawful activity, spam, impersonation, harmful code, or attempts to access systems or other people’s information without permission. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information through an inquiry form.

Content and intellectual property

Website branding, text, graphics, and other original materials belong to North Star Consulting or their respective owners. You may view this site and share links for ordinary business purposes. Other reproduction or commercial use requires permission unless permitted by law. You retain your rights in materials you submit; submission permits us to review and use them to respond to your request. Ownership and licensing of paid client deliverables are addressed in the applicable service agreement.

Marketing outcomes and third-party tools

Marketing outcomes depend on factors including your offer, market, budget, sales process, and third-party platforms. We do not guarantee a particular number of leads, bookings, sales, or level of revenue. Booking, advertising, hosting, and communications tools may be provided by third parties and are subject to their availability and applicable terms. We may maintain or change this website, and uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

Optional text messaging

North Star Consulting offers service-related texts about inquiries, appointments, reminders, and requested services. Messages may use automated technology. Select the unchecked SMS checkbox and provide a mobile number you are authorized to use to enroll. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of submitting an inquiry, booking a call, or purchasing services.

Up to 3 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply; check your wireless plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text opt-out and support

Reply STOP to opt out of our text messages. We also honor clear requests to stop made through other reasonable means, including email or our contact form. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message; further messages require renewed consent. Reply HELP for assistance, email info@northstarconsulting.us, or use our contact form. Tell us if your number changes so we can update your preferences.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains information collection, use, sharing, retention, and your choices. We do not sell or share mobile information or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Applicable rights and updates

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Updates do not expand your existing messaging consent; new message categories require appropriate consent.
